A Proud History
From a local mechanical workshop to a leading production partner.
Fosstech started as a mechanical workshop in 1997 and has since grown into a leading production partner for encapsulated electronics and electromechanical solutions.
Today, we have just under 100 employees and a production area of approximately 5,000 square meters at Borgeskogen in Sandefjord.
Since 2024, Fosstech has been part of Bertel O. Steen Industrier, which in turn is part of the Bertel O. Steen Group. This is a solid Norwegian owner and developer of companies with nearly 120 years of tradition, over 3,000 employees, and an annual revenue exceeding NOK 20 billion.
We are a proud supplier to major customers such as Kongsberg, Autronica, GE Healthcare, Wartsila, and Stingray, but we also produce for small and medium-sized enterprises. Our solutions are used in defense, subsea, maritime, aquaculture, and industry – always with a focus on quality, delivery precision, and flexibility.
