Fosstech’s contribution
Fosstech has been involved in the Stingray project from the very beginning and has developed and produced robust cable and connector solutions designed to withstand the harsh conditions of the marine environment and the splash zone. The work covers the entire value chain, from the development of molds and production methods to the serial production of large volumes of cable systems each month.
The cable assemblies undergo a carefully controlled process including pre‑treatment, priming, encapsulation, and testing to ensure long service life and operational reliability. The solutions meet strict requirements for mechanical wear resistance, bending radius, watertightness, and continuous operation in aquaculture facilities.
